If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, simply return your purchase for a full product refund, upon receipt of returned item - not including shipping & handling charges. 


90 Day Policy: After 90 days from proof of purchase, we offer an even value exchange.

Items broken due to carrier mishandling will be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please provide pictures, if possible, as this assists us in filing an insurance claim with the appropriate carrier.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your undamaged return, once item is received.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
